I should have been doing these all year. But perhaps I can catch up. This was fun although I did drift a bit based on what was a on hand.

Bestie challenge

I love the Wizard of Oz line. The not-so-cowardly-lion is is adorable. And lions

been my theme of late. I grabbed some cirque themed grahic 45 paper as the perfect background to my sweet lien, added  a goodly amount of foam dots and a hint silver for oil complete my lion

KaiserCraft April sketch challenge

I can never get my tilt quite right when snapping layout photos but not the worse thing to happen this week!  I’ll slip a photo of my hubby in later.  He doesn’t let me post photos of him.  (and no, he’s not a fugitive hiding out from interpol….. cue music from the Spy who Loved me KC april 16

Betsy Couture jumped out for the challenge. A bolero background, s strip of stash paper for stripe. (I knew I’d find a use if I hung onto it long enough)Borders from Betsy Couture sticker sheet. Photomat is from a Bazzill Trio collection.  This bicycle is Kaisercraft’s Miss Match with Zing copper embossing powder. It’s such a close match I think clear powder would have more contrast but I like it. The sentiment is from the Betsy sheet.  I love how you can clip them apart as I did hear.  ?Some judicious clipping can make a whole new variety of sayings.  I added copper foil frames and accents to the ladies and the watch.  I pruned by blue die cut a bit and added some Kaisercraft blossoms.   I recolored the Caribbean blue blossoms to navy and added KaiserCraft Rhinestones

Ink stair steps

I love this prima archivist stamp. The entire set is pretty cute. The bottle is one of my favorite stamps from the set. I colored them in with various shades of Copic Ink, added glue with my zig glue pen and added foil.   Direction for the stairstep card are all over the Internet.  I added the scrap of American craft paper and used the reverse  scrap for the sentiment stamp (Fiskars maison. ) A little cutting, a little gluing, voilà.
